How to use a Knowledge Base

1. Sign in to Help Center


2. Click "Knowledge Base".
  1. The specific article can be found by entering the keyword into the Search field. 
  2. The articles related to the Group are displayed at the top of the screen and can be accessed by clicking the Group name.
  3. Recent Articles can be found in the "Recent Articles" section.
  4. Popular Articles are in the "Popular Article" section.



3. Click the Group names to see the articles related to the Group. 
  1. select the article and click it
  2. the article will be displayed
